Kids and Grandkids

Cinda and I have been blessed with 5 children between us and two beautiful granddaughters and an active robust three year old grandson, Erin, A six year old first grader from Worthington and Sara, a kindergartener from St Marys and Jacob, preschooler from St. Marys.

Michelle, my oldest daughter, lives in Worthington with her six year old daughter who attends Brookside Elementary. Aside from her human relations job, she does outside consulting. Stephanie, my middle daughter, lies in St. Marys with her husband, Jesse and 5 year old daughter Sara, a kindergartner at East Elementary and three year old Jacob. Together Steph and Jesse have expanded their off-road cycle and 4 wheeler family business into a business with several employees. (see Knobbies website)

Jenny, my youngest daughter, and her husband Jeffery, live in Dublin. She is ad advertising executive and Jeffery is an executive with a commercial construction company.

Cinda’s oldest, Evan, (John to his friends) lives in Columbus and designs and repairs websites. He designed our website. See his link for more information. He loves coming home and “babysitting” the farm when we attend shows.

Lauren, Cinda’s “baby”, recently graduated from Ohio Dominican university in Columbus with a degree in Public Relations. She’s working for pediatrician’s group practice in Columbus. She is the She is the only exception to our rule about selling Pyrs as non working dogs. Lauren has Maverick, a pup from our November 2006 litter as her companion, guardian and best friend.

Grandkids

Erin has been showing alpacas at local shows since she was three! She proudly takes her ribbons to school. Her school breaks and vacations are usually spent on the farm enjoying the life and helping with chores.

Sara loves to visit and loves even more taking puppies or alpacas to her school or the senior residence center where her mother works. Together with Erin, they name many the cria, cats and birds born on the farm.

Jake, like his father, grandfather and great grandfathers, loves tools and taking things apart (not so good yet at putting them back, but he’s learning) Jake’s favorite residents on the farm are the chickens and ducks. The pyrs and alpacas are a little too large for him right now.

Look for Erin, Sara and Jake at the Ohio Alpaca Shows, ether helping around our farm display, walking the alpacas or in the show ring.
